Location: We have a rental office located on-site at the Truman Annex property and on-site at the Key West Golf Club. Please see our Map page for detailed directions to our office. Office Hours: Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Amenities: All properties have a private pool or pool access and at least one parking spot unless otherwise noted. All properties are fully furnished and have washer/dryers, towels, linens, pots/pans, cable television and central air-conditioning. Please ask about any requirements not mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy: Guest may cancel this Agreement without obligation and is entitled to a full refund of any deposits made, less a $100.00 cancellation fee and non-refundable processing fee, if written cancellation is received by TARECI at least 60 days prior to Guests scheduled Check-In date and in the event of a cancelled reservation the guest shall be responsible for any credit card fees incurred on said reservation. If cancellation is NOT received 60 days prior to Check-In Date, all monies received will be agreed upon as liquidated damages unless we are able to lease Premises for exact same term and monies. |
